End of support for CentOS based Xorcom systems

Xorcom announces the transition to Debian based operating systems and CentOS end of life.

Xorcom is moving its systems to Debian based operating systems. CentOS based Xorcom systems reach end of life, and customers running them should plan a transition.

Existing installations continue to operate, but new features and security work follow the Debian based line. Partners should review installed base records and schedule upgrades with their customers.

For upgrade planning, start from the CompletePBX 4 and 5 comparison, then confirm sizing against the published system requirements.

CompletePBX AI Virtual Agents are an integral part of the software starting with version 5.3.0. There is no third party plugin to install and no separate cloud account to open.

Setup runs through the CompletePBX user interface. Agents answer immediately, understand what the caller asks for without an IVR menu, and transfer to a human agent on demand.
